Shipping policy

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders , please ensure to include the complete postal address with the correct postal code. We cannot be responsible for delays resulting incomplete address listing’s. Please make sure this is checked before completing your order.

Shia Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delayed items once they have been shipped. Please contact the delivery company for any delayed orders as they will able to give you the most accurate information. It is your responsibility to follow up on your shipped orders. 

Once order has been confirmed you will receive an email regarding your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier.

Dispatched times are mentioned on our website, each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Our processing times are between 3-5 working days, any orders received Friday to Sunday will be shipped the next working day (Monday), this also includes bank holidays. UK delivery times 2-4 working days.

International delivery times 2-17 working days.

For International customers packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid), meaning the fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. Unfortunately we are unable to provide the amount of what the fees may be. We recommend contacting your countries custom office for estimated charges from overseas.

If you are based in Ukraine or Canada please take into consideration orders may take longer to arrive, unfortunately this is out of our control as this is due to the strict custom clearance.
