We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the email for proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we do not offer a free return shipping label. The delivery fee of the item/s sent for return belong to the customer. Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid which is the item total.
Earrings and pierced items CANNOT be returned due to personal hygiene reasons. We CANNOT accept returns of discounted items.

Damages and issues
All our items are checked carefully before they are lovingly packaged. If for any reason your item is defective or damaged please get in touch immediately at shiajewelleryshop@gmail.com with an image attached to the email within 24 hours of receiving your item/s.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date unfortunately we cannot assist, as the products are then considered as “misuse by the buyer”.
Undelivered Parcels
If you are not home.
If your courier could not find a safe place to leave your parcel.
if you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only) the parcel is returned to us.
When the parcel is returned to us we’ll issue a refund for the items paid.
Delivery charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
